DWCS Season 10, Week 10: Five Fights, UFC Dreams on the Line

Dana White’s Contender Series closes out its 10th season on Tuesday, October 13th, with five matchups at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas. For the fighters, it’s a chance to make a lasting impression and earn a UFC contract. The card is headlined by undefeated featherweight Ilias Bulaid and Brazilian contender Erick Visconde.
Bulaid and Visconde headline
Bulaid enters the main event at 9–0, while Visconde brings a 17–3 record and championship experience. Their matchup sets up a compelling contrast: Bulaid is known for his elite kickboxing, while Visconde is a seasoned, well-rounded fighter. The question is whether Bulaid can keep his unbeaten run going against one of the toughest tests of his career.
A striking showcase in the co-main
The co-main event pairs Aline Pereira with Smilla Sundell in a women’s bantamweight bout. Pereira is 3–2 and brings a kickboxing background; Sundell is 2–0 in MMA and a former ONE Championship Muay Thai champion. Both have proven striking credentials, making this one of the card’s most intriguing matchups.
Unbeaten records at stake
The middleweight contest between Douglas da Lapa and Davi Cabral features two undefeated prospects, listed at 6–0 and 7–0, respectively. One fighter’s perfect record will fall—and both will be looking to show they’re ready for the next level.
The remaining bouts round out a card full of prospects with something to prove: Will Rentz, 8–2, faces Luis Francischinelli, 6–1, at welterweight, while Jason Asher, 5–0, meets Greg Foster, 8–1, in a featherweight matchup.
The final opportunity
With five bouts spanning three divisions, Week 10 gives the season a fitting finish: unbeaten prospects, experienced challengers and a coveted UFC opportunity at stake.
